The house is located in the centre of Excenevex village and is at walking distance of the port, beach, restaurant and shops. This holiday home is available to rent on a weekly and nightly basis (on non-peak weeks).

Excenevex is a charming village offering an exceptional view on the mountains and lake. Its location is great for practising all sorts of water sports from rowing, sailing to wakeboarding. Its natural sand beach, by the Lake Geneva is unique in the area and an ideal place to go swimming. And if you fancy visiting Geneva or hiking the Alps, it is only 30 minutes away from Excenevex. Transfer Intelligence can also organise your boat or car transfer, perfect to discover the area.

The holiday home is located just 120 metres to lake/ small beach and there is a grocery shop 50 metres from the house. The house is also 50 metres from the bakery where you will be able to get your baguette & croissants in the morning. The photo above (left hand side) shows you the view from the Terrace/Balcony.

Description of this self-catering Duplex holiday home in Excenevex:

· Duplex apartment approx 50 metres square.

· 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds (sleeps 4)

· 1 first floor Shower Room, with separate shower, sink and toilet.

· 1 lounge area with: 1 sofa & 1 plus sofa bed (sleeps 2), a coffee table, TV and DVD plus a selection of English and French DVDs available on request.

· 1 open plan kitchen with: a fridge, a freezer, an electric oven & hob, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster & a coffee machine. There are also a breakfast bar and 4 x stools.

· Balcony/ Terrace from the 1st floor, with views over the lake, 13 square metres – Terrace, table, chairs & sun loungers.

· Parking: 1 car parking space in front of the apartment. There is also a washing machine.
