Excenevex is a charming village offering an exceptional view on the mountains and lake. Its location is great for practising all sorts of water sports from rowing, sailing to wakeboarding. Its natural sand beach, by the Lake Geneva is unique in the area and an ideal place to go swimming. And if you fancy visiting Geneva or hiking the Alps, it is only 30 minutes away from Excenevex. | The holiday home is located 5 minute walk to lake/beach and there is a grocery shop only 20 metres from the house. The house is only 100 metres from the bakery where you will be able to get your Baguette, croissants and many more french pastries. |

· 1 lounge with: 1 sofa & 1 plus sofa bed (sleeps 2), a coffee table, TV and DVD plus a selection of English and French DVDs available on request.
· 1 modern kitchen with: a fridge, a freezer, an electric oven & hob, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster & a coffee machine. There are also a table with chairs & a breakfast bar.
